Returns

Email a picture of your product to info@closedroad.com with detailed information about your order and issue and we will work with you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue. Please provide several photos if possible.  

We do not offer refunds.

All sales are final, but we will work with you case by case. Please contact us at info@closedroad.com so we can further discuss the issue. 

Shipping

Order fulfillment is 1-3 weeks. 

After placing your order you will soon receive a confirmation email. Because we ship USPS Mail, the expected delivery date after production turnaround is 7-10 businesses days. Although this is expected, it is not guaranteed and can vary on your location or timing of ordering.

We will do our best to keep you updated along the way!  

First, please double check that the address you entered upon checkout was entered correctly. If you notice that it was not entered promptly, please contact us immediately notifying us of the situation. Otherwise, don't worry, it may be because of your local postal offices. Allow for several days to pass beyond the expected date of delivery. Because we ship USPS Mail, the expected delivery date after production turnaround is 7-10 businesses days (production turnaround typically takes 1-5 business days. Your payment must also be processed, typically taking 2-5 days). Although this is expected, it is not guaranteed and can vary on your location or timing of ordering. Contact your local post office for further details and tracing. If further problems occur, please contact us at info@closedroad.com and we will try to resolve your issue in a timely manner.
